This includes ensuring conceptual planning, high-level engineering design, and initial site verification, followed by rigorous field data QC to support the development of the final detailed design necessary for permitting and construction. The team actively assists in managing the execution of the build phase, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance throughout the entire process. Key responsibilities include validating the constructable path, installing infrastructure such as conduits or pole lines, and performing cable installation, splicing, and testing to adhere to design and regulatory standards.

Leveraging our proprietary ConcordProAI project management system, the team ensures efficient planning, task allocation, real-time monitoring, and progress reporting across all phases. This integrated, data-driven approach enhances engineering QC, optimizes construction workflows, and improves operational efficiency, all while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
